Under COVID-19 period, project management of IR resort opening on schedule was extremely challenging, mostly items were leaks of control or either unknown such as system integration,budget, travel restriction, manpower&vendor services.
Evaluated all ITproducts which means to be integrated each other, find suitable targets for automation and orchestration to eliminate manual work, repeatable task to release human capacity. Base on over 15 years of gaming experience, defined the most valuable investment in this resort. Saving is the keywhile all unpredictable matteror difficulty pop up in front of you. Nothing to be predicted in the past few years, we have no idea when will be resumed. However, everything needs to be move on. Can’t stop to wait for good news. Quick resolution is always the sign of IT. We change as what we possible, our direction of CEO is getting the boatto move forward.
