About the game or entertainment, key is spending time on your relax time in somewhere. Comprehensive integrated resorts have been launched into many beautiful places such as Korea, Jeju Island.

Jeju Island in South Korea is home to a number of foreigner-only casinos. Its location makes it an ideal spot for international gamblers, with only distributed legal alternatives in the region.

After achievement of two largest integrated resorts (IR) opening projects within 6 years, the traditionalstyle of gaming resortshas advanced to be more human particularly and internationally as per individual travel purpose, integrated resort provides the benefits from end to end of loyalty program, system maintains options of the rewards on spending on the top brands of food beverage, outlets, retails, Hotel stay& Casino.

In term of gaming technology, developed mobile app & kiosk platform to allow for customers to be rewarded from gaming with real-time, much benefits on business operations.

Implemented an incredible of IntegratedResorts for a large number of oversea customers to visit in the future.

Most Challenging inPandemics Period(We keep move on while everything is unknown)

Under COVID-19 period, project management of IR resort opening on schedule was extremely challenging, mostly items were leaks of control or either unknown such as system integration, budget, travel restriction, manpower&vendor services.

Evaluated all ITproducts which means to be integrated each other, find suitable targets for automation and orchestration to eliminate manual work, repeatable task to release human capacity. Base on over 15 years of gaming experience, defined the most valuable investment in this resort. Saving is the keywhile all unpredictable matteror difficulty pop up in front of you. Capture the essential items, release the assumption and prediction.

Nothing to be predicted in the past few years, we have no idea when will be resumed. However, everything needs to be move on. Can’t stop to wait for good news. Quick resolution is always the sign of IT. We change as what we possible, our direction of CEO is getting the boatto move forward.

Notice of Korea government announced with long period of travel restriction. None of the oversea vendor allow to travel base on their own policy in some counties. Remotely work environment it’s important tools to fulfill this project. We did amazing work with a vendor-implemented fully IT system without any vendors on site. It’s first experience with this size of property (1600 hotel rooms, 14 dining & Outlets, 160 tables, 300 gaming machines)opening.

Hiring who’s willing to learn instead of experienced in Korea, difficulty to find an experience candidate from the past, language or localization. At the end of result, being share my own experience and knowledge, actually help a lot of local staffs. We built a complete team structure here, educated by ITIL standard.

ITSM is the best practice for organizations to manage the delivery of end to end IT services, specially apply into a large of operations like resorts over hundreds of employees, multi-system accesses control by active directory. ITIL defines three levels of SLA’s, service level, and response strategy which improve of time management, more efficient and productivity.

That’s reason government announce to attract for more foreigner candidate to work in South Korea.
